Highbury Fisheries is our go-to spot for fresh fish and delicious fish and chips. We traditionally order one piece of crumbed snapper and one piece of battered snapper—both are always incredibly fresh and tasty. The chips are excellent, perfectly crispy, and flavorful. We're so happy to have this fantastic local gem! Highly recommend.
